Welcome to our first-class hunting and fishing
adventures in the beautiful Big Horn Mountains of northern Wyoming.
We offer three to seven-day hunting packages as well as custom trips to
meet your group's needs.

Hunting with A Double J Outfitters is more than just a trip.
We know the Big Horn Mountains after traveling the backcountry and
hunting the area for more than 17 years. We want to share that
experience with you. We can accommodate hunters of all skill
levels, but we go the extra mile to educate and work with young or
inexperienced hunters.
YOUR GUIDES
Our knowledgeable guides have years of personal
hunting experience. We will work to give you the best possible
trip and maximize your opportunity to harvest an animal. During
the average hunting season, our guests fill greater than 93% of their
tags. In 2006, we had 100% success on elk hunts. When you hunt with
A Double J Outfitters, the owner will be
involved with your entire trip.
OUR CAMPS
Hunt for deer, elk, moose or antelope at our camps
located on private land and via special use permit on Bighorn National Forest
land. Deer and antelope hunting are conducted from our
headquarters near Buffalo, Wyoming. At our headquarters ranch, you
will have comfortable, full-amenity accommodations including beds and
showers. Elk hunting is conducted from our high-mountain
camp consisting of wall tents with wood and propane stoves for heating
and cooking. Cots and mattresses are set up in each tent along
with lanterns for early morning or evening activities.
HUNTING METHODS
We use spot and stalk, still hunting and hunting
from blinds, and horses to get to remote areas, along with ATV's and
4X4's depending on weather conditions.
